Placing Orders

• We typically process your mockup in 1–3 days• It is sent to you for approval (this is the longest variable)• After you sign off on a design, production takes 5–7 days• Orders ship directly after production

You can change the stole color after ordering IF you have not given final approval. IF you have approved a design, it goes directly into production, and no further changes can be made.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx - depending on shipping timelines at the time your label is printed. Priority shipping is included, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey right to your door. Please give the shipping company 24-48 hours to scan your package into their system. We drop off directly at the shipping company and find that they often don't scan on the first day.

Due to the custom nature of our graduation stoles, we do not take returns. We never start work until we receive approval from you.
If there is a mistake in spelling, dates, or graphics from our end, we will happily replace the entire stole as soon as possible. You will be moved to the top of our priority list, and a new one will ship ASAP. Please keep in mind we often Copy/Paste our clients' names to ensure your satisfaction.
Absolutely! We are happy to change the color chosen BEFORE final approval has been given. Once you have approved the final design, it goes right to production, and changes cannot be made. Please double-check the spelling and graphic placement when approving. | If you choose to select a different design pattern, the timeline of your stole production restarts.
We ship in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect your gift! If something happens during shipment, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right promptly. We know firsthand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged product and will file the claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

Our stoles are keepsake items. We recommend gentle spot cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry and avoid wringing or tumble drying. Store folded in a cool, dry place — a breathable fabric bag works beautifully.
With proper care, our stoles are designed to maintain their vibrancy for many years. After your event, do not directly display in a sunlit window. Always follow the care label instructions included with your order.
Our stoles are crafted from premium satin — please refer to the care sheet included with your shipment.
Our adult stoles are 72" in total length. Each side drapes at 36". This size is appropriate for high school, college, and university graduations. Our youth stoles are 60" in total length. Each side drapes at 30". This size is appropriate for 8th grade / middle school graduations.
